Booked the day before a studio double bed. Must say room has lots of storage the room is designed for long term stay. It was spacious and airy, very clean and the kitchen was fully kitted i was really impressed. Parking was in teh next street 4 minutes away in a secure ncp carpark. The location is close to Holyrood park very beautiful with rolling hills and stunning. Students area so a busy street without trouble. The hotel is in the old city and is architecture heaven so beautiful and thought provoking in design and functionality. Lots of shops nearby and transport is easy with buses and taxis. The people wow lovely warm and welcoming. The staff in the hotel great and understanding very helpful and patient because its my first time they were attentive with clear instructions. Love this hotel will book again

We were given ground floor room which was perfect. it was immaculate! The location was close to all popular areas with plenty to do and see and easy access to bus services. The accommodation had a well equipped kitchen area with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and we both slept well. Plenty of hanging space for our clothes. Very pleasant reception staff and maid service who were all very helpful. We will definitely be back to see you again! 👍😁
